1. Introduction to 3 new employees in Learning Support (5 min)

2. On ITUs Quality Policy 2017 (10 min): presented Dorthe Stadsgaard: See Quality Policy here. (15 min)
Having a quality process is part of an international process.
The Bologna Process 1999 - : 48 member countries
ECTS points is an example of a result of the Bologna Process

Three quality policy areas:
1. Recruitment and admission of students
2. Teaching and learning
3. Graduates' careers

It's important that all teachers contribute to the QA.

3. Change of EoI-process by RS (15 min) - Henrik and Christen from RS
There's a new round of EoI (twice a year) - cut-off date November 5 (you can hand in EoI's all year though).
Purpose: to lift the quality of research applications from ITU and to give you the best support from RS.
There was a funding calendar in the email from Jens Christian. The calendar will be updated often.
You are welcome to visit RS 2E Wednesdays 12-13 to get more information and support. Also go talk to RS (Henrik) if you don't have an idea yet.
RS is very open to comments on the procedure.
Jens Chr.: this process is also set up so that RS can plan and allocate resources.

4. The Open Entrepreneurship project by Peter Ibsen (20 min)
Original project: Bridging the gap, at DTU
Aalborg, Aarhus, and DTU have Business Units as well.

Please contact Peter if you want to set up a meeting (peib@itu.dk)

Gain for the researcher: Collaboration with industry:
This opens the door to industry which in turn will get more funding to researchers at ITU.

Roman: what is the role of the university - what is the core of the university and academia. We should discuss this. We have to adapt but we are not consultants. What is the value proposition of universities?

Processes and services are also interesting.

5. List of VIP-employees willing to give feedback to TAP procedures and forms by Maria (if time allows)
Maria will send an email
